SigGear Sales and Inquiry Knowledge¶
This section provides a controlled public workflow for qualifying customer requirements, selecting a preliminary product candidate and preparing a safe response. It is intended for sales staff, distributors and AI-assisted inquiry handling.
Workflow¶
| Stage | Purpose | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Qualify | Collect the minimum information needed to understand the project | Customer qualification checklist |
| 2. Match | Compare the requirement with canonical SigGear product pages | Product matching workflow |
| 3. Respond | Answer the customer first, state boundaries and request missing information | Inquiry response policy |
| 4. Draft | Use a controlled structure without inventing parameters or commercial terms | Reply templates |
| 5. Quote | Confirm technical and commercial readiness before issuing a formal quotation | Quotation readiness checklist |
Core Rule¶
A public product page supports preliminary selection. It does not by itself authorize a final technical commitment, price, delivery time, customization promise or production release.
Use the product model index, machine-readable product records and sales usage review matrix together.
Public and Private Boundary¶
This public repository may contain generic inquiry questions, response structures and approved public product information.
Do not add:
- Customer names, addresses, contact details, messages or drawings
- Customer-specific requirements that could identify a project
- Prices, discounts, internal MOQ rules, costs or margins
- Private quotations, payment terms or negotiation strategy
- Unreleased product data, restricted drawings or NDA material
Customer-specific work belongs in an approved private project or customer-management system.
