SigGear Manufacturing & Quality Evidence¶
This page shows real SigGear production and inspection scenes from the company manufacturing environment. The purpose is to give engineers and buyers visible evidence of the manufacturing activities behind SigGear's compact transmission products.
The photographs do not mean that every 8P–42P planetary gearbox uses the exact same machine, workstation or process route. The applicable process depends on the selected product, component geometry, material, configuration and inspection requirement.
Real SigGear production and inspection photographs. The four scenes show precision machining, gear-processing equipment, assembly workstations and quality-inspection activity. They are manufacturing-capability evidence, not a claim about the exact production route of every gearbox configuration.
Precision Machining¶
SigGear operates precision-machining activities for transmission components and related mechanical parts. The published photograph shows a real machining workshop and operator working with production equipment.
Exact machine assignment, machining sequence and component process plans are configuration-dependent and are not inferred from the photograph.
Gear Processing¶
The gear-processing scene shows real production equipment used in SigGear's manufacturing environment.
The image demonstrates physical gear-manufacturing activity. It does not establish a specific gear grade, tolerance, material, heat-treatment route or capability value for an individual product unless that information is confirmed by the applicable drawing, specification or inspection record.
Assembly¶
The assembly scene shows real SigGear workstations used for product assembly activity.
Assembly details vary by gearbox, motor integration, shaft, flange and project configuration. Product-specific assembly construction and detailed internal geometry remain controlled engineering information where applicable.
Quality Inspection¶
The inspection scene shows real measurement and inspection activity in the SigGear quality environment.
A photograph of an inspection workstation is evidence that inspection activity takes place; it is not a substitute for a model-specific inspection report, tolerance, accuracy statement or test result.
Evidence Boundary¶
This page is intentionally limited to what the photographs can support:
- real manufacturing and inspection activity at SigGear
- precision machining and gear-processing environments
- assembly workstations
- quality measurement and inspection activity
It does not convert potential applications into customer cases, and it does not create unpublished torque, backlash, accuracy, lifetime, efficiency or other performance claims.
Model-specific technical values should be taken from the applicable controlled drawing, approved datasheet, released test source or confirmed engineering review.
