Engineering and Project Support¶
For applicable projects, SigGear can start from a customer's concept, drawing, existing motor or installation constraints and review the transmission approach with the engineering team.
The review may include motor, reducer, encoder and driver integration, mechanical interfaces, reduction ratios, output shafts, housings, cable arrangements and other configuration details supported by the selected product family.
Prototype manufacturing, testing and design refinement can be used where required before the configuration is prepared for production. Final feasibility and specifications depend on the application requirements, selected structure, quantity and engineering review.

Some custom development projects are confidential and cannot be shown publicly. SigGear therefore uses reviewed standard products, engineering resources, manufacturing information and test data to make its capabilities visible without exposing customer designs.
