Integration and Customization¶
Depending on the selected model, SigGear can evaluate motor matching, custom ratios, shafts, mounting structures, encoders, brakes, cables and connectors.
A custom project can start from an existing motor, a mechanism drawing, an installation envelope or a target output motion. The customer does not need to define the planetary stage count or exact reduction ratio before the first engineering review.

Final torque, speed, ratio, backlash and dimensional data are confirmed from the approved specification for the selected diameter and stage configuration.

All standard 8P–42P planetary gearbox frame sizes now have a public model-specific Datasheet and Mechanical Interface reference.

All standard 8P–42P frame sizes now have a simplified public 4-stage STEP for early packaging and mechanical Design-In. The 32P and 42P also have dedicated Design-In resources, and the 32P / 42P include motor-integration guidance. Detailed full-assembly CAD remains configuration-controlled and is supplied after the model, stage count, ratio and motor interface are confirmed.
